Refund & Return Policy
We want you and your pup to love your BarkBarrel purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, used dog toys cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
